Mahesh "Mahi" is a finance agent who has set up his own lending company in Miami called Mahi Finance Corporation. Failing to repay the loan, he turned the lives of his debtors into hell. Mahi meets Kalbati, who asks Mahi to lend US $ 10K for her undergraduate studies and later US $ 25K.
Mahi lends money and soon falls in love with Kalbati. However, Mahi learns that Kalvati is a gambling addict and cheats Mahi to get a loan. Faced with debt repayment, he threatens Mahi using the influence of his father Rajendranath, a powerful MP, Rajya Sabha member and industrialist based in Visakhapatnam who runs an industrial company: Rajendranath Associates.
