Surya alias Madhagaja is an orphan who makes a living as a real estate agent in Varanasi. He quickly made some money from the dead at Manikarnika Ghat. The sun wants to rule the area,

But a lawsuit brings him and his friend to Shivgada, a village in Karnataka, a bloodthirsty state ruled by Bhairab Dorai and Rathnamma, who are the village zamindars. Surya goes to Bhairab Dorai’s house and is their village guest.
