The film begins in 1918 and follows a milkman who accidentally stumbles upon a perishable vessel (perishable vessel) while digging a well. He fills it with cow's milk, however, when he continues to dig the well, he is surprised that the pot produces a small amount of milk.
He uses the pot to change his fortune and become rich, but in the end the two men can't steal it. Many years later, the pot was found by an old woman who sells idli by the river and she uses it to feed more people.
He secretly talked to Akshay (Jyothika) and Masha (Rebati) about the pot and its power, who said he buried the pot for fear that someone might steal it from him. He says he buried it near a bull shed at Manasthan (Anandraj) Rice Mill.
