Rana, a ruthless gangster, moved to Mumbai to start a drug business. He killed one person for not repaying the loan. The man is an associate of Mansur's brother. Rana started selling drugs not only to college students but also to school children

Due to this, 12 people have committed suicide in the last 3 months due to drug addiction. Mumbai police sent two senior officers to arrest Rana but they were drugged and killed. The police force decided to send a secret police officer to Radhe. He took the job. Radhe meets a model named Abhayankar and falls in love with her.

Radhe tells her that she is an aspiring model and her name is Bhalu. Dia slowly falls in love with Radha. Radhe learns from fellow officers that they have two gangs in their jurisdiction. Dilwar led the first gang and Dagdu Dada led the second gang. Both sides are fighting with each other.
